I help capable and caring women — and conscious leaders — reduce stress, restore energy, and reconnect with presence through meditation, mindful leadership, and holistic self-care.

I’ve simplified my mindset by letting go of long to-do lists and self-criticism. Instead, I now focus on three powerful intentions: staying present in the here and now, accepting things as they are, and being kind to myself.
I’ve started using meditation and breathing techniques, especially before bed, which helps me unwind and fall asleep more peacefully. During the day, I pause to take deep breaths whenever I feel overwhelmed, helping me stay calm and grounded in the moment.
