I’m Alexia Hatjoullis — a former marketing and category leader turned Mindful Leadership Consultant, meditation teacher, and wellness guide.
For more than 20 years, I worked in leadership and brand roles across Norway and Europe — helping teams grow, products succeed, and companies thrive. I loved the creativity, the people, and the results. But over time, I also saw how stress, pressure, and constant performance demands slowly drained the energy and joy out of so many capable people — including myself.
That realization led me on a deep inner journey.
Through mindfulness, meditation, and essential oils, I began reconnecting to what truly matters: presence, purpose, and peace of mind.

Today, I guide women and leaders who give so much to others to reconnect with themselves — so they can lead and live with balance, clarity, and intention.
My work blends meditation, sound healing, and holistic self-care with the mindful leadership principles I developed over decades in the corporate world. I believe that when leaders cultivate awareness and emotional balance, they naturally communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and create cultures where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to contribute their best.
The result is a grounded, practical, and deeply human approach that helps people move from stress to calm, energy, and presence.
